All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Each Vintage Headboards product is handcrafted using reclaimed and repurposed materials that are rare and often difficult to source. Please review your order carefully before placing it, as returns, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun.

Order Confirmation & Final Approval

With every order, we will send you an email for final approval prior to shipping. This confirmation will include pictures of your finished furniture — especially for custom or made-to-order pieces — so you can review the final design, finish, and details before it leaves our workshop.
Your written email approval is required before we proceed with shipment.

Materials & Craftsmanship

Every headboard and table we create is handcrafted from reclaimed and repurposed materials, giving each piece its own distinctive character and story. The wood we use retains its natural texture, grain, and imperfections — ensuring that no two pieces are ever exactly alike. These unique qualities are what bring authenticity, warmth, and timeless charm to every Vintage Headboards creation.

Upon request, we are also pleased to craft pieces using new doors or freshly milled wood for custom orders. This option allows you to achieve a more modern or refined appearance while still enjoying the same level of expert craftsmanship and attention to detail that defines our work.

Leg Height & Customization

Our standard leg height (measured from the floor to the bottom of the headboard) is 29 inches.
We can customize the leg height to your preference at no additional cost — please include this request when placing your order.

Hardware & Installation

Each headboard comes with all the hardware needed to attach it to a standard metal bed frame — no drilling required.

We also provide wall anchors to secure your headboard in place, particularly for styles featuring a crown molding shelf. The anchors ensure your decorations remain safely in place, even with daily use.

If you prefer a wall-mounted headboard without legs, please specify this option when ordering.

Shipping & Delivery

• Standard Shipping Rate: $200 per headboard (freight cost only). Packaging costs are covered by Vintage Headboards.
   
• Carrier: We ship using LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers.
   
• Insurance: Optional freight insurance is available for $75 extra, which we strongly recommend.
   
• Business vs. Residential Delivery: Shipping to a commercial business address is generally less expensive. Please note that home-based businesses do not qualify as commercial addresses — only brick-and-mortar locations do.
   
• Regional Variations: Some U.S. areas may incur higher shipping rates. If the shipping cost to your location exceeds the standard $200, we’ll contact you to discuss alternative delivery options. Any additional freight charges must be paid before shipping.
   
• C.O.D. Shipments: We do not ship C.O.D.
